Ninety Six National Historic Site's Chief Ranger & Historian, Eric K. Williams has co- authored a book about Ninety Six with Kings Mountain Park Ranger Robert M. Dunkerly.

Mr. Dunkerly is a Historic weapons safety officer, reenactor, & has worked at several NPS & state Historic sites including Gettysburg, Jamestown, Bushy Run & Colonial Williamsburg. This is his 3rd book.

Mr. Williams is also a Historic weapons officer & a reenactor that portrays an apothecary. He is a member is Sons of the American Revolution. This is his 1st book.

"Old Ninety Six: A History & Guide" (93p) has just been released by Charleston South Carolina's The History Press. It includes background History of Ninety Six, a battlefield tour, a timeline of events, and archaeological information. There are also excellent pictures of the park & living history events, archaeological pictures & maps included in the book.

"Old Ninety Six: A History & Guide" is available for purchase at the park's Eastern National bookstore for $16.99.
