Niobrara National Scenic River
Teacher Ranger Teacher

Become a National Park Ranger for the Summer!

The Niobrara National Scenic River in Valentine, Nebraska is seeking two qualified area educators to join the park staff this summer. Selected teachers would be working on developing curriculum and activities for both on- and off-site ranger programming to serve area schools. Of course, there would also be time spent out on the river learning about the remarkable biology, geology, recreation, and cultural history of the Niobrara.

Teacher Ranger Teachers (TRT's) would then take what they've learned about the Niobrara National Scenic River and the National Park Service back to share with their students and peers during the school year.
