An annual observation of President Abraham Lincoln`s "Gettysburg Address" with memorial services and ceremonies in the Soldiers` National Cemetery, sponsored by the National Park Service, the Lincoln Fellowship of Pennsylvania and the Lincoln Forum Symposium at Gettysburg College. The observation begins with a wreath laying ceremony in the cemetery at 9:30 AM followed by the service to be held at the brick rostrum beginning at 9:45 AM sharp. (In case of incelement weather, the ceremony will be held at the Majestic Theater, 25 Carlisle Street, Gettysburg.)  Academy award winning actor Richard Dreyfuss will be the keynote speaker at this year`s ceremony with Pennsylvania Governor Ed Rendell.
The main program will be followed by the U.S. Colored Troops Graveside Salute at 11: 15 AM. The observance services are free of charge.
