Contact: Emily G. Prigot, 508-996-4095 x 6105 Whales, Tales and Sails, New Bedford Whaling National Historical Park's weekly story hour, will be on a holiday break for two weeks. There will be no sessions on Friday, December 26, nor on Friday, January 2.The free weekly story hour returns at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, January 9, with the theme of The Sea. It is geared to children ages 0-5, features professional storyteller Jackson Gillman, and offers songs, stories, and crafts. It takes place at New Bedford Whaling National Park Visitor Center, 33 William Street, downtown New Bedford. For more information, call 508-996-4095.
