Land Resources Program Center

The Land Resources Program Center performs all facets of land acquisition activities, provides technical support relative to land management issues, and is the repository for the vast collection of land record documents, maps and assorted drawings associated with the National Capital Region (NCR) parks. Aside from acquiring lands or interests in lands within the boundaries of NCR parks and providing relocation assistance to eligible owners, the Land Resources Program Center also assists in providing technical assistance in conducting land exchanges, transfers of jurisdiction, boundary amendments, boundary surveys, appraisals, title searches and NCR land records research.
