LWCF Training and Summit Cancellation Refund Policy:  No refunds after March 22

When finished with registration it should take you back to the “Registration” tab on the LWCF training site where we will have the room reservation link and instructions along with the fillable pdf form the hotel requires for credit card use.

                        Enter arrival and departure dates in appropriate boxes at top of page
                        Select “Submit”
                        Takes you to another screen
                        Under the heading “Modify Dates,” there are 2 blank boxes
                                    One box states “Rate Code”
                                    The other states “Group Code”
                                    Enter 0704LW in either box (not both)
                        Click the “Search” box
                        This should pull in the negotiated rate of $149.00

If using a government credit card (Federal or State) for your hotel guest room, to defer some or all state and local taxes, the attached fillable form must be completed and submitted at check-in.    

Room Cancellation and Refund Policy:  Individual room cancellations must be
received by the Warwick Denver Hotel 24 hours prior to arrival in order for no charge
to be made to the traveler’s credit card.  Cancellation within the 24 hours will be charged
for one nights room and tax to the travelers card which will be used to hold the
confirmation of the sleeping room.
