Recent Property Transfers

The Federal Lands to Parks Program transfers surplus Federal real property at no cost to state and local governmental agencies for public parks and recreation use.

Thirteen properties were transferred in Fiscal Year 2010 including 2,306 acres, to 12 states and local governments.

Twelve properties were transferred in Fiscal Year 2009 including 1,877 acres, to 11 state and local governments.
