Upon the request of any affected party, the Review Committee may review and making findings related to the identity or cultural affiliation of Native American human remains and other cultural items, or the return of human remains and other cultural items. PDF or Text

Request by a Museum/Federal Agency for a CUI Disposition Agreement

When contacting the Designated Federal Officer to the Review Committee and requesting that the Review Committee act on such an agreement, the museum or Federal agency should complete and submit to the DFO a form, along with the other materials requested on the form. The form and requested materials serve as an executive summary of your presentation to the Review Committee. PDF or Text
