Jar Zion National Park This Ancestral Puebloan Storage jar still contains corn kernels placed within it 1100-1900 years ago. The lid was originally sealed with clay. This jar was recovered 21 inches below the surface at Ancestral Puebloan habitation site by Ben Wetherill during archaeological investigation in Zion National Park, 1933-1934. Circa 100-900 A.D.
