Building a Dream

The CCC boys at Chopawamsic worked tirelessly building roads, surveying land, laying culverts, building dams, and painting buildings. But by far the most meaningful and lasting contribution were the cabin camps they constructed. This dining hall at Cabin Camp 1 would eventually hold within its walls hundreds of underprivileged children eating wholesome meals and socializing with others.
