Teakettle and Paper Cranes Decorated teakettles are often left by visitors at remote Teakettle Junction at nearby Death Valley National Park. This decorated kettle was left at the Manzanar Cemetery. The accompanying note reads, "Originally painted for teakettle junction but wanted to bring some sunshine, flowers and beauty to this sacred site.
