Cradle
1845-1855

This cradle held at least the three youngest Lincoln sons. Second son Edward Baker Lincoln may have died in it.  When the Lincolns left for Washington, they stored some furniture at a local store.  Lincoln told the proprietor that the next clerk in need of a cradle could have it. George Davis was the fortunate new father.
