Crate
The Trumans had all their belongings shipped back to Independence in a variety of crates. Most were opened and unpacked. They never opened this crate. Its contents, "set of twelve Steuben glasses," remain undisturbed. Some crates were taken apart and reused for shelving in the second floor storage room and in the attic.
