These serving dishes are from the later of the two blue and gilt dessert services and bear the Chamberlain's Worcester mark. Governor Charles Carnan Ridgely may have added to the earlier service around the time he redecorated Hampton's Dining Room and expanded the Butler's Pantry, ca. 1812.
