1861-1865
This was Thomas O'Donnell's personal stencil. He participated in all the campaigns of the Army of the Potomac between 1861 and 1864. O'Donnell enlisted as a private in Captain Ralph W.P. Allen’s Company C, 106th Pennyslvannia Volunteers on September 17, 1861.  He was later transferred to Company F. He was taken prisoner on June 22, 1864, and remained a prisoner until April 28, 1865. O'Donnell was discharged by General Order, June 6, 1865.
