Miss Henrietta Franks received this notification as a candidate for the Sesqui-Centennial International Exposition Award in May 1926. She graduated from Cornell College, university of Chicago and University of New York. Miss Franks was involved with several community organizations such as quota Club, Cedar Chapter 184 OES, Iowa Retired Teachers Association and was an active member of Delta Kappa Gamma Sorority International and the American Association of university Women.
