Inmates found guilty by the Disciplinary Committee of Committing Infractions could be sent to solitary confinement for a set period of time. Here, food met basic nutritional standards but little else, as this menu suggests. Even prisoners in solitary confinement, however, got to enjoy a full Thanksgiving dinner.
