Packing Up

Moving In

The Museum Resource Center / Regional Archeology Program Move Out!

A variety of shelving was used in the old building. Each of these had to be cleared of artifacts and broken down for transportation either to the new building, or to other National Park Service facilities.

The gray shelving, pictured below, was used to store small museum objects. After they were emptied, these cabinets were removed one by one and placed on smaller shelves for easier transportation. This work was carried out by the Interstate Moving Co.
