  • Road work on Washington Place Friday Sept 26th to Wednesday Oct 1st weather permitting

    Expect delays arriving to Washington's HQ and Ford Mansion due to roadwork and repaving of Washington Place. Give yourself more time to arrive for tours of the Ford Mansion. Call 973-539-2016 ext.210 for updates if needed

Driving directions to the Jockey Hollow Visitor Center for your field trip:

Southbound 287 (from the North:)
Take Exit 30B, Bernardsville. Continue straight ahead to the first traffic light.
At the light, turn right onto Route 202 North.
At the first traffic light, turn left on to Tempe Wick Road.
Proceed on Tempe Wick Road for approximately 1 ½ miles.
Entrance to the Jockey Hollow unit of Morristown National Historical Park is on right.

Northbound Interstate 287 ( from the South:)
Take Exit 30B, Bernardsville. Bear left onto Maple Avenue.
At the first traffic light, turn right onto Route 202 North.
At the first traffic light, turn left on to Tempe Wick Road.
Proceed on Tempe Wick Road for approximately 1 ½ miles.
Entrance to the Jockey Hollow unit of Morristown National Historical Park is on right.
