A wide variety of volunteer projects are available

Many opportunities are available to participate in short-term volunteer projects at Mount Rainier National Park. Through a partnership with the Student Conservation Association, you can now browse through a list of upcoming projects, and even sign up online for a project of your choice! If you don’t find a project that meets your interests, skills, and schedule, check back again in a few days—we are constantly updating this list with new opportunities.

Please review the details of each listing carefully, as some projects are strenuous in nature or may require special skills. Make sure you are available for the dates listed before signing up. As you plan your trip to the park, note that Highway 123 and Stevens Canyon are closed due to flood damage! You may have to plan alternative routes to your work site.
