Be a Junior Ranger!

While on a trip to Montezuma Castle & the Montezuma Well Unit our young visitors can enjoy completing activities, in order to earn their Junior Ranger badge! The program and activities are intended to help kids be more aware of their surroundings and the relationship of the environment to the prehistoric people who inhabited the Verde Valley.

Do you want to explore, learn, and protect this summer? We'll be having tons of fun at Montezuma Well for kids ages 8 to 13 and beyond! Learn what Rangers at your National Parks do while you excavate for artifacts, build walls like the Sinagua, or go bird watching! Check out the Camp page for more details.
