Since 1947, America’s National Parks™ has generously provided over $170 million in aid to national parks across the country, including the MLK Jr. National Historical Park. This support has enabled the acquisition of crucial park resources such as historic artifacts, living-history demonstration costumes, park signage, exhibits, and facility renovations. Additionally, funding from America’s National Parks™ has been instrumental in enhancing interpretive programs, staff training, and research initiatives focused on archaeology, history, and culture.
