LBJ 100 Bike Tour

Lyndon B. Johnson National Historical Park announces the 5th annual LBJ 100 Bicycle Tour, "A Ride to Preserve History," which begins on the historic LBJ Ranch airstrip near Stonewall, Texas on Saturday, March 24, 2012 at 9:00 a.m. The tour provides five separate routes of 10, 30, 44, 65, and 85 miles throughout the scenic Texas Hill Country. Climate

Overall, the park enjoys a sunny, mild climate during three seasons of the year. The rainy month is usually April. Winter temperatures are usually in the 50s; snow and ice are rare. Summer temperatures can exceed 100 degrees in July and August, with high humidity.
