Entrance Fee There is no entrance fee at the Lyndon Baines Johnson Memorial Grove on the Potomac. Picnic tables and parking are available on a first come, first served basis. Fees for Activities Most ranger-led programs at the park are free. Marinas Please contact the Columbia Island Marina (202-347-0173) for boat rental, launch, or storage fees. Permits Permits are required for certain activities within the park. There is a $50.00 fee for permit applications. Click on the appropriate link below for instructions on how to apply for a permit.
