Celebrate the season with a FREE concert at Eliot Church with festive treats presented by members of the New England Orchestra (NEO), renowned guest artists and UMASS Lowell String Ensembles under the direction of Kay George Roberts. The concert is supported by the Mogan Cultural Center, a program of Lowell National Historical Park.
