The Lassen Association bookstores in the Kohm Yah-mah-nee Visitor Center and Loomis Musem (winter only) are operated by the non-profit Lassen Association. The association donates revenues from sales to the park for educational, research, and environmental programs. Thus, your purchases from the Lassen Association Store directly benefit Lassen Volcanic National Park.

The Lassen Volcanic National Park Main Park Road can open as early as May 10th and as late as mid-July depending on how much snow falls during the winter.
