Volunteers are vital to the success of the National Park Service (NPS). Each year more than 120,000 volunteers donate well over four million hours of service to the national parks. Volunteers come from every state and many different countries to help preserve and protect America’s natural resources and cultural heritage.

Are you looking for volunteer opportunities and a chance to support the National Park Service in its mission to preserve and protect our national parks? If so, we would love for you to join our team! We are currently accepting volunteer applications for March 30, 2024 - March 30, 2025.

We are currently looking for Interpretation and Education Volunteers, Gardner Volunteers and Visitor Services Assistant Volunteers.
