While it's almost a year away, start planning to visit our park April 24, 2010 for National Junior Ranger Day.

This year's Junior Ranger Day was enjoyed by many. They had a chance to pan for real gold, see and taste sourdough, and earn some pretty nice commemorative Junior Ranger badges, patches and pins.

Although National Junior Ranger Day is over, anyone between the ages of 4 - 14 can earn a special commemerative patch for 2009. Stop by our ranger desk and see how to get one.
