The Ocean Alaska Science and Learning Center Teacher's Workshop is offered each fall in cooperation with Kenai Fjords National Park and the Alaska SeaLife Center. The workshop alternates each year between focusing on materials for grade school and middle/high school levels. 

The workshop brings together scientists presenting content from current research along with hands on activities that will engage students and effectively convey this information in the classroom.

Information on the 2010 workshop will be posted on this website. You can also get information through your school district.

Did You Know?
Even though the Exit Glacier road in Kenai Fjords National Park is closed to cars during the winter months, you can visit Exit Glacier in winter by skis, dogsled, snowshoes or snowmobiles.
