Teacher Workshops

The Ocean Alaska Science and Learning Center Teacher's Workshop are offered multiple times a year in cooperation with Kenai Fjords National Park and the Alaska SeaLife Center.

The workshops brings together scientists presenting content from current research along with hands on activities that will engage students and effectively convey this information in the classroom.

The target audience for both workshops varies from year to year, ranging from K-12th Grade teachers. Priority is given to Alaska educators, however instructors from outside the state are also welcome.
