The Hale Ho'okipa Visitor Contact Station is accessible to all visitors. A wheelchair equipped to handle the beach terrain can be made available through prior arrangement by contacting the law enforcement department at 808-329-6881.

Did you know the pohuehue is the beach morning glory native to Hawaii. It was used for fishing and medicines. Its lavender flowers open each morning and close by the afternoon.
