Star Parties
 

Once a month—on a Saturday night close to the new moon—the Andromeda Astronomical Society hosts a star party in the park. The program begins shortly after dark and lasts for about 1½ hours.

Meet at the parking lot on the right fork of the road into the picnic area at Hidden Valley.

January 5 at 5:15 p.m. February 9 at 5:45 p.m.
March 8 at 6:10 p.m. April 5 at 7:30 p.m.
May 3 at 8:00 p.m. May 31 at 8:15 p.m.
July 5 at 8:20 p.m. August 2 at 8:00 p.m.
September 27 at 7:00 p.m. October 25 at 6:20 p.m.
November 29 at 5:00 p.m.
