The park visitor center is open 7 days a week 9 am to 5 pm all year-round. We are closed on Federal winter holidays: Thanksgiving Day, December 25,  January 1, Martin Luther King Jr. Day (3rd Monday in January), Presidents Day (3rd Monday in February).

The historic 1889 Clubhouse has no heat. It is open in the summer only and staffed by volunteers.

The park grounds are open from sunrise to sunset. Pets must be on a 6 foot leash at all times and owners need to clean up after their pet. There are no fees for walking the park grounds.

Park hours can change due to holidays and inclement weather. If traveling a great distance you may want to call the park for operating hours. The visitor center desk telephone number is (814) 495-4643.
