These workshops are filled with information and are held at the Plains High School Museum and often include tours of the Jimmy Carter Boyhood Farm. Jimmy Carter achieved his education, grades 1 through 11, at the Plains High School. There was no 12th grade so he graduated after the 11th grade as the class of 1941 salutatorian receiving the 2nd highest grades in his class.
