Explore the rich cultural heritage and natural history of Bayou Vermilion in Lafayette with a National Park Service ranger on the good ship Cocodrie, a traditional Louisiana boat. Cast off from Vermilionville Heritage & Folklife Park of the Bayou Vermilion District, 300 Fisher Road in Lafayette (right next to the Acadian Cultural Center at 501 Fisher Road).

Reservations are required; ticket prices vary according to tour selected. Visit the Bayou Vermilion boat tour page for tour times, ticket prices, and reservation information. Please note that tours are offered Tuesday-Saturday, but that National Park Service rangers are on board on Tuesdays and Thursdays only.
