Kids aged 6-12 (parents welcome too!) can explore the nature and history of Louisiana through crafts, trail walks, and hands-on activities. Free but space is limited so reservations are required; call 504-689-3690 ext. 10.

Upcoming programs are

  • "People of Barataria" - learn about the American Indians, Isleno settlers, trappers, hunters, and fishers who've called the Barataria area home. Saturday, February 23.
