Outreach Programs

Each school year, Jefferson National Expansion Memorial offers a limited number of Outreach Programs to schools in the St. Louis region. The programs are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Outreach Programs are free, 60-minute classroom visits by a park staff for grades three and up. The content of the program is a mock trial introducing basic concepts related to the judicial process. Park staff will introduce courtroom roles and procedures and facilitate the trial and jury discussion. Teachers may download mock trial scripts from the Outreach Program Activity Guide.
