  • No Reservations in 2013

    Beginning January 2, 2013, Jewel Cave National Monument will not offer advanced ticket reservations, except for Wild Caving dates. Due to construction projects and assumed disruptions in service, ticket sales will occur on a first come first serve basis. More »

There are many ways for kids to explore Jewel Cave National Monument. You can download a crossword, scavenger hunt, and word searches to take with you on your trip to Jewel Cave, and kids ages 5-12 can participate in the Junior Ranger Program. Follow the links to learn more!

Did You Know?

Jewel Cave National Monument is home to nine bat species, including the rare Townsend’s big-eared bat. Some bats that roost outside in the summer hibernate in the cave during winter.
