A Spring Wildflower Hike

Join a ranger on April 20, from 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm for a leisurely hike in Indiana Dunes National Lakeshore and enjoy the beautiful display of spring wildflowers along the Heron Rookery Trail. Trillium, Spring beauties, and Dutchman's breeches are just a few of the flowers you'll see along this trail that skirts the southern bank of the Little Calumet River near an abandoned wading bird rookery.
