The park will stay open late for visitors to view the white sands under the light of the full moon. Visitors may enter the park until 10 p.m. and must exit by 11 p.m.

A Sunset Stroll Nature Walk will be conducted at 7 p.m. and an Evening Program given at 8:30 p.m. at the amphitheater at the end of the Dunes Drive. Tonight`s program: Traditional Hispanic Stories from New Mexico by Paulette Atencio, sponsored by the New Mexico Humanities Council.
