Canyon de Chelly National Monument
Located in Chinle Arizona, 45 minutes north on Arizona Highway 191.
Navajo National Monument
Located in Shonto Arizona, 2 hours northwest via Arizona Highway 191/160, southwest of Kayenta, Arizona. Visitor center is at the end of Highway 564.
Petrified Forest National Park
Located east of Holbrook Arizona, 1.5 hours southwest via Arizona Highway 191 and I-40 west. Keep in mind that Petrified Forest National Park does not observe Daylight Savings, and will be 1 hour behind Mountain Daylight Savings.
Hopi do have places where you can learn and experience from. Please visit experience Hopi before hiking out, and follow all regulations.
Navajo Nation has some beautiful landscapes that take your breath away. Over five places throughout the Navajo reservation to explore. Navajo Nation Parks and Recreation takes care of these areas and have tribal regulations.
