Though it is impossible for natural elements to be "frozen in time," it is possible to maintain the general appearance of the cultural landscape. This plan guides park staff in the maintenance of the property. All floor plans have been removed for security reasons.

Truman was partner in an oil company before WWI. They sunk what they thought was a dry well in Kansas, but what later proved to be the famous Teter Pool; had they drilled a bit more, Truman would have been a millionaire.
