Schedule of 2010 Grant Requirement Deadlines
September 30, 2011 – Deadline for 2010 funds expenditures and completion of work.
January 31, 2012 – Deadline for submitting a final grant budget to NPS. This is the last year a final budget may be submitted as a letter on THPO letterhead.

Schedule of 2011 Grant Requirement Deadlines
December 31, 2011 – Deadline to complete work and/or obligate 2011 funds for Annual Reporting Period. 75% of funds must be committed and/or obligated in contracts or purchase orders by this date.
NOTE: ALL THPOs HAVE BEEN GRANTED A WAIVER OF THE 75% COMMITMENT REQUIREMENT REQUIREMENT IN 2011 DUE TO THE DELAYED PASSING OF THE 2011 CONGRESSIONAL BUDGET.
January 31, 2012 – Deadline to submit Annual THPO Report and Financial Reporting forms (reporting on work completed and funds expended or obligated as of December 31, 2011). Financial reports include the SF425, Federal Financial Report, and Carryover Statement.
NOTE: ALL THPOs HAVE BEEN GRANTED A WAIVER OF THE CARRYOVER STATEMENT REPORTING REQUIREMENT IN 2011 DUE TO THE DELAYED PASSING OF THE 2011 CONGRESSIONAL BUDGET; HOWEVER, THE SF425 MUST STILL BE SUBMITTED.

APPLICATION
To apply for 2012 Funding:
1. All Tribes MUST register in the Federal Central Contractor Registration (CCR) system in order to obtain their funding. Register now at https://www.bpn.gov/ccr/default.aspx
2. All THPOs must download, complete and mail application forms (a-g listed below) to NPS within 45 days of receiving written notification of their apportionment. Packages should be mailed to:

e. SF424c - Construction Budget (complete only if using grant funds for construction work)
