Approximately 150 people gathered at the Arlington Lawn at the north end of Bathhouse Row, the park's national historic landmark district for a "Tea Party" April 15. The rally was one of two such gatherings held in the City of Hot Springs, Arkansas. A special use permit was issued by the Hot Springs National Park superintendent for the First Amendment activity. The 2-hour rally in the park was without incident.
