The purpose of the CLR/EA is to guide treatment and use of above-ground resources associated with historic landscapes in the park such as Bathhouse Row, the Grand Promenade, and Whittington Park. The CLR/EA describes the park landscapes and provides four alternatives for protecting and maintaining these important resources. The document also discusses the impacts associated with each of the alternatives.
Hot Springs National Park welcomes the public to comment on the CLR/EA until May 29, 2008. Comments may be mailed to the Superintendent, Hot Springs National Park, 101 Reserve Street, Hot Springs, Arkansas 71901.
The CLR/EA is available for review on the National Park Service planning website at .
