Homestead National Monument of America will be sending a traveling exhibit around the country in 2013. This series of exhibit banners is meant to raise awareness about the commemoration of the 150th Anniversary of the Homestead Act.

Quilt Discovery Experience

A new visitor experience is coming to Homestead. This project is the result of community member Kay McKenzie's dream and the hard work of a team of people.

Homestead partnered with the Nebraska State Quilt Guild to commemorate the 150th Anniversary of the Homestead Act and held a quilt design contest.
