| Today's Goals: | Finish measurement accuracy work on the step trench to the south of Mound A, and open new units in the trench across the top of the mound. |

Work continues on the boardwalk across the top of the mound, and the north side staircase is soon to come. |

Feature #7 is this burnt wood fragment found just below the surface on top of Mound A. Although it is thought to be historic, care is taken to document and map this feature. |
