Today's Goals:	Continue to work in the three excavation trenches on Mound A. Begin final profiling of the south step trench, continue to expose the platform atop the mound, and continue to take units down in the north step trench.
	Volunteer Chris Gillam begins profiling the N39 E180 west wall profile. Here is is shown recording Munsell soil color values for the soils.
	Platform atop Mound A, south end. The platform fill is gray (to the north), with a red clay border. Three soil layers to the south reflect filling episodes above the platform.
	South step trench, N36 E180, north wall profile showing mottled clay filling episode. A red clay cap was found at the base of the profile, which ties in with the red clay caps found lower in the mound, at the south end of the south step trench.
