The Historic Preservation Program and the Museum jointly print and distribute several brochures describing the history and prehistory of the base. A video on the history of the base and a video on the history of the missile systems at F. E. Warren AFB are available from the base and local libraries and the Museum.

In association with NPS, the base has undertaken several educational programs to educate base personnel and the public about the cultural resources on base. In addition to the construction of the FamCamp Archeology Exhibit, a curriculum and lesson plans for teaching the military history of Wyoming, and particularly the history of F. E. Warren/Fort D. A. Russell (ca. 1869), was prepared using Legacy funds. Two copies of the plans and teaching aids were given to School District #1 in Laramie County, Wyoming. Several brochures on the history and prehistory of the base have been written and distributed on base. A self-guided tour of the Historic District and World War II training areas interpret 20 locations with signs discussing the history of the locality, and a map/brochure were printed and distributed.
