Existing Sound Signal Building? NO - AN ENCLOSURE (ATTACHED TO THE SIDE OF THE TOWER) WAS CONSTRUCTED IN THE 1920S ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF THE LOWER GALLERY TO SERVE AS THE FOG SIGNAL BUILDING; IT WAS LATER REMOVED.
